We answer support email within one business day. Requests that stop data access, such as disconnecting a connected Amazon account, are handled the same business day.

What we do with a seller's Amazon account.
Minions Portal reads a seller's own Amazon data after the seller authorizes it on Amazon's consent screen in Seller Central. Access is read-only. We never ask for or receive Amazon sign-in credentials, and we do not change listings, prices, inventory, orders, shipments, or advertising campaigns.
A seller can revoke that access at any time in Seller Central under Apps and Services, or by disconnecting inside Minions. To have stored data deleted, email mark@engagent.dev.
