Engagent LLC owns and operates Minions, including the public website at https://engagent.dev.
Service description
Minions provides AI operations workflows, integrations, reporting, automation support, and related software services for customers who authorize the relevant accounts, data, and tools.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, for authorizing only accounts and data they have permission to use, and for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business decisions or external actions.
Third-party integrations
Minions may connect to services such as Amazon Ads or Amazon Seller Central when customers authorize those connections. Read-only Amazon integration behavior remains limited to approved product workflows unless separately agreed in writing or through a clear product approval flow.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use Minions to violate laws, infringe rights, access accounts without permission, bypass security controls, transmit malicious content, or misuse third-party services connected to the platform.
AI outputs and reports
Minions may generate analysis, recommendations, drafts, reports, and operational summaries. Outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by the customer before use.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or modify Minions to improve reliability, security, compliance, or product capabilities. Some features depend on third-party services and may change if those services change.
Disclaimers
Minions is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular business outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Engagent LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
Customers may stop using Minions or request account support at any time. We may restrict access if use creates security, legal, operational, or third-party platform risk.
